Location Requirements:
- This job is in Austin, TX. You must be able to work from Axiom’s Austin, TX office.
- This is not a remote position. Please only apply if you live in the Austin, TX area.
As a Network Lab Technician, your key responsibilities include:
- Performing incoming inspection of incoming product.
- Performing basic commands on switches to ensure compatibility.
- Monitor incoming orders.
- Create labels for transceivers, code transceivers and manage label library.
- Code transceiver EEPROM using the provided tools.
- Performing QA on finished product.
To be a good fit for this role, you will have:
- Minimum 3 years in electronic or computer industry.
- QC (Quality Control) or QA (Quality Assurance) are a big plus for this role.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Certifications: CCNA - Routing and Switching.
- Knowledge in switch CLI.
- Excellent product knowledge.
- Excellent in written, interpersonal communications and organization skills.
- Multi-tasking and effective decision making.
- Able to work independently or in a team environment.
- Excellent proficiency in Office Suites.

Compensation Range: Salary starting at $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience.
